What We Collect
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, telephone number, email address if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. If you call or email us we keep those details so we can quote and carry out the work.
What We Use It For
Answering your enquiry, quoting, arranging a visit and carrying out the work. Nothing else. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Where we have carried out work we keep the job record for six years, which is the period we may need it for insurance and tax.
Your Rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@crockettpaving.co.uk or call 01883 340429 and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
